Howard M. Rosengarten graduated from Brooklyn College Law School in 1968. He is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the US Federal Court, and has represented clients before the US Immigration and Naturalization Service in all 50 states.
Howard has over 40 years of experience in the general practice of law and with successful results for nearly 100,000 clients. He strives to build a relationship with his clients. Today he represents the children and grandchildren of many of the clients who helped him build his practice.
In addition, his experience in owning and managing various businesses in the New York area have helped smooth the way for many foreign workers and entrepreneurs wishing to establish themselves here in the US. In addition to his regular clients, many other attorneys regularly seek his advice. He is also a developer and had developed numerous buildings, and self-storage facilities.
Howard has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1969, and regularly conducts seminars and speaks on legal subjects. Howard lives on Long Island with his wife and his has two sons.
