BAH owns a portfolio of patented mid-infrared (mid-IR) sensing technologies. We combine in-house development and synthesis of advanced narrow-band semiconductor structures with expertise in the integration, testing and marketing of devices. Mid-IR semiconductors enable a variety of sensing devices that do not require active cooling.
