2005 – Present, Founder and Managing Member, BAH Holdings LLC. Since 1984, Principal of A.C. Providenti & Associates, Ltd., a privately owned financial & strategic advisory consulting company. Services have included the negotiations of debt restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and sales of businesses, strategic alliances, joint ventures and licensing agreements. Prior experiences have included being a senior member of a privately owned, multi national petroleum storage & distribution company and as a Commercial Bank Lending Officer. I have served as a Board member on both private and public companies.
